Is auto throttle supposed to disengage on touchdown? lol cause' mine sure as hell didn't! ..and one looks very silly trying to stop an fully loaded MD-11 when the throttle tries to maintain approach speed as our wheels are rolling! Seems like in full Autoland mode the AT will disengage, but that didn't seem to happen when I hand flew it on approach. Also when you disengage AP, why does that damn "autopilot" aural warning keep sounding and how do you shut it off?

I already had my keyboard settings for the 737 and it works for the 777. I just have the < & > keys set to decrease and increase time acceleration.

Ok i really need some help so i am going to try it here. I have a problem when i try to taxi and i try to increase my trust. I can see the gray lines change on my ecam, and the engines work. However my engine output simply does not increase. I have had this issue on this pc only (not on my laptop where it works fine) i use the trust master throttle thing. And on the forum i see that someone has the same issue (i think) but i have tried making a account multiple times but i never get a email. They did post a png by their post but cant download it since i cant make a account. So a am not a 100% sure. Can someone give me any tips. I know i am doing everything thing good because it works on my laptop. What should i do?

Wow damn, I had a flaps 20 takeoff on a 777-300ER in Seattle, we were headed for Doha. It was unexpected because Seattle has pretty long runways if I am not mistaken.

thanks a lot, this plane is overshadowed by the release of the pmdg 777, but i think its very good for what it is and im sure they will fix the known issues quickly

Is switching fuel pumps on before engine start -not- in the start checklist? I know they can gravity feed but this is abnormal and especially on-ground starts. I assume you forgot?

That LSAS got you in on final approach! I still have fond memories of the PMDG MD11 in FS9 using 2D panels, the system complexity really blew me away! This was before i got comfortable with the Boeing philosophy of doing things. I'd wait till the extended package releases because i wish this to be a proper study level sim.

so if it is in profile mode it won't capture? Ive done three flights now where it won't grab the localizer or glidescope

Hello, I like the MD-11. I`m happy she is in MSFS now. what am I doing wrong: I can't open the cargo doors in the EFB. What else do I have to take into account so that the doors can be operated?

I have just bought the MD 11. Very nice airplane. Will weather radar and terrain radar be implemented in the future? At least the standard Asobo WXR ?

Weird timing on this tbh. I'd love to buy it, but with the recent info from Asobo but that MSFS to 2024 content migration isn't automatic or guaranteed, and will likely be chargable, I don't want to spend $80 on something that will be redundant in a few months and likely require another $80 to be paid to use on 2024.

I can't fly this since there is no tutorial on how to set up the throttles using thrustmaster's airbus throttles. Can't make them work no matter what I try...
